What to wear when playing ball:

Golf clothing has experienced hundreds of years of development, and now golf clothing has become more and more fashionable and comfortable. But no matter how the essence of golf changes, the gentlemanly demeanor is still the ultimate goal pursued by people.
The specific requirements are that you must wear a collared and sleeved shirt on the upper body and trousers or casual pants on the lower body. In summer, men can wear trousers and shorts, and women can wear short skirts, but the length should not reach the knees. Special golf shoes should be worn when entering the golf course to play. Clothes not allowed include crew neck sweatshirts, tank tops, denim clothing, and miniskirts.

Basic court etiquette:
1. Safety: Before hitting the ball or trying a club, players should make sure that no one is standing nearby or that no one is far away where the ball may be hit, and check whether there are stones, pebbles, branches, etc. on the ground to prevent the swing from hitting the ball. to cause harm to others.
2. Consider other players: Players with service priority can serve before their opponents or competitors in the same group. No one may move, talk, approach or stand directly behind the ball or hole while the player is preparing to hit the ball or while the player is hitting the ball. For the common good, players must not delay when playing. The rear group may not hit the ball until the players in the front group are beyond the distance of the ball. When a player finds that the hit ball is obviously difficult to find, he should immediately make a gesture to let the players in the following group pass first. This gesture should be made when the time to find the ball has not reached five minutes. Only when the players in the back group have passed and left the ball drop distance can they continue to hit the ball. After a hole is played, players should leave the green immediately.

3. Tee etiquette:
    1. When the ball control area is notified that the ball is ready to serve, they must immediately go to the service area and prepare to serve; after the players in the same group get on the tee, they must first decide the priority of teeing off; in normal competitions, just serve in the order on the grouping list; but If it is a friendly match with friends, you can draw lots to decide, or you can also play guessing games; the one who gets the priority to serve is called Honor (priority). For holes other than the first hole, priority will be determined based on the scores of players in the same group on the previous hole. The player with the lowest score on the previous hole will have priority to serve (Honour), and the order of serving for others will also be based on theirs. The players will play in the order of higher and lower scores in the previous hole; if there are equal scores, the players in a tie will play in the order in which they served on the previous hole.
    2. Remain silent when others are serving or hitting the ball. This rule is not limited to the teeing ground. As long as a player is preparing to hit the ball, they are not allowed to talk, laugh or move around to avoid affecting the performance of others.

    3. Players in the same group must confirm the ball they are using with each other, and everyone must report the brand and number of the ball they are using to avoid confusion and unrecognizability midway.
    4. When serving, be sure to confirm that all players in the front group are out of the serving range to avoid accidental injuries. At the same time, you should also be careful not to walk into other people’s teeing areas and shooting ranges, thereby hindering others from hitting the ball. If someone is standing within range of someone who could be hit by your ball, give them a verbal warning.
4. Priority on the court: Unless otherwise specified, a two-ball match shall have priority over any three-ball or four-ball match and may override it. Individual players have no priority and players in any match shall be given priority. Any tournament that plays a single round (18 holes) will take priority over a tournament that does not play a single round. If a certain group of players cannot maintain their proper position on the course and is more than one hole behind the previous group of players, the latter group should be allowed to overtake and play first.

5. Green Etiquette: It is prohibited to walk directly through the green to avoid disturbing golfers. Go around the sidelines as much as possible. When a golfer is putting, he cannot stand directly in front or behind the golfer’s putting line, nor can he step on the player’s putting line. When taking a break in the shop, the principle is not to affect the next group of golfers. After hitting the ball, you should walk quickly to the next hitting point and do not linger to avoid affecting the progress of the next group.
6. Courtesy when hitting the ball:
    1. Pay attention to whether there is anyone in the range where the club and ball may hit, and remove gravel or branches from the ground to avoid injuring other people.
    2. Do not seek guidance from others except the caddy.
    3. After playing a hole, you should leave the green quickly.
    4. The time spent playing ball should be made up for by walking quickly, and do not let your partners wait.
    5. When the ball cannot be found, the team behind should be allowed to pass first.
    6. The turf dug up by hitting the ball should be returned to its original position and filled up.
    7. When approaching the front group, you should slow down.
    8. When hitting the golf course from the next fairway, you should make sure it is safe before swinging, and say hello before and after swinging to show courtesy.
Etiquette to watch a golf match:
    1. Don’t get too close to the ball to avoid danger.
    2. Keep the stadium quiet and do not make any noise or disturb the players’ emotions. This is the most important point when watching a football match.
    3. Clothing should meet the requirements of the golf course, and shoes should not damage the turf.
